This is a portrait of my good friend kyle. i made it black and white to set out some of the contrast and show the shades. once again i pulled this from the photozine, but i think it portrays a good style. i like portraits when the person isn't technically looking at the camera or paying attention because it has more of a candid style to it. i always have found pictures like those very appealing or interesting so i tend to try and capture that in my imaging.
I usually dislike black and white photos,I know you do too, but I think you pulled this one off. The fact that kyle is off center makes it more interesting to look at. It's got good contrast, I also like that you put the lyrics right on the picture.
